What Logoroo collects when you build a brand kit, why we need it, and who else sees it. Effective 3 September 2026.
Logoroo is a service of Qualls, ABN 70 702 634 887, based in New South Wales, Australia. Qualls is the entity responsible for the personal information described here. This notice explains what Logoroo collects when you build a brand kit, why, and who else sees it.
Your brand brief. The business name, the category you choose, and the qualities you tap. You can work through most of Logoroo without giving us anything that identifies you personally.
Your checkout details. When you buy a package we collect your name, email address and, if you give one, a company name. We keep these with your order so we can deliver your files and answer questions about the purchase.
Payment details go to Square, not to us. Checkout happens on Square's own hosted page. Logoroo never receives or stores your card number.
Advertising click identifiers. If you arrived from a Google ad, the link carries an identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and campaign labels. We keep these with your project so a completed purchase can be counted against the ad that brought you.
To build and deliver what you paid for, to take payment, to email your files and receipts, to answer support questions, to keep records we are required to keep, and to measure which advertising actually leads to a sale.
We do not run an analytics or advertising tag on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager and no advertising pixel on any Logoroo page, so nothing is reported while you browse.
Measurement happens only after a completed purchase, and only on our own servers. When a payment is confirmed, the click identifier saved with your order is sent to Qualls, which reports a single conversion to Google Ads: that a purchase happened, when, and for how much. Your name, email address and brand brief are not sent to Google.
If you did not arrive from an ad, there is no identifier and nothing is reported at all.
Square processes the payment and receives what a payment processor needs, including your email address.
Resend delivers our transactional email and receives the address we are writing to.
OpenAI generates logo-icon concepts and receives the brand details only: the business name, the category, and the qualities you chose. It does not receive your name, your email address or your payment details.
Google Ads receives a purchase conversion tied to an advertising click identifier, as described above, and only when you arrived from an ad.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Logoroo does not use tracking cookies. Your project is held in your own browser's local storage so you can close the tab and come back to it. That data stays on your device unless you save a return link or place an order, which copies the project to our server.
Clearing your browser storage clears the project. Starting over in the app does the same.
Order records, project snapshots and generated brand files are stored on our server infrastructure. Payment records are kept for as long as Australian tax and consumer law requires. Project snapshots and generated files are kept so you can come back to them, and you can ask us to delete them.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting an order record may remove your ability to re-download files, so we will tell you what will be lost before we act.
If you do not want a purchase counted against an advertising click, tell us and we will retract the conversion.
